I don't know if this was a dream or not but we were surprised and excited. We were at Cosmic Ray's ordering lunch and got tapped on the shoulder and asked for our receipt. The guy then led us to a roped off table and said Congratulations You're the family of the day. He went and got condiments and napkins and brought us our food. We even got a certificate saying we were the family of the day. When were about ready to go two families were waiting for us to get up and the guy came back and roped the table off again saying no one else could sit there because it was reserved for the family of the day!!!

We were also selected as the family of the day - at Epcot. DH and I were sitting in the Rotunda of the American Adventure Pavilion waiting for the Voices of Liberty to perform. We were approached by a CM who asked where we were from, how long we were staying - basically small talk. Our adult kids joined us and the CM announced that we were selected as the family of the day. She escorted us upstairs and seated us at the railing overlooking the Rotunda for the pre-show. We then were escorted into the pavilion, had first pick of seats, and were introduced as the family the day. Each of us received a certificate too. It was fun!
