If MK says it's hours are until 11 in green- does that mean they're open until 2 in the morning? Does the buses and monorail go until then too? Are many people out that late?

the times that are posted are the regular closing times for the park (before magic hours).

Mk magic hours (pm) are 3 hours after regular park close, so in the instance you show, that would be until 2am.

All transportation should run until about an hour after park closing (3am)

pm emh at mk are decent because the park has so many attractions, and the later you stay, the more walk ons you'll find. After midnight it seemes to get drastically better imo.
