Not sure but I know you can book special events, help with ADR, help with hotel rooms.

Grand Gatherings are for 8 or more in a group. You can book special events that are only for Grand Gathering parties...such as Fireworks Voyage, Tony's Breakfast (Great !), Illuminations Dinner, etc. You also get to select a person to be the main planner for your party. This person can book things for the entire group - eliminating the need for everyone to call individually. Also, they will try to keep your parties near by in the resorts, if you so desire. I found it to be very convenient from a planning perspective. I was able to handle everyone's reservations and never had to worry if everyone did what they were suppose to. Booking the events can be a bit of a pain - if you don't do it way in advance, and somethings you can ONLY book 90 days in advance. If you decide to do a Grand Gathering, I suggest you call and get a GG ID #, and download the Magical Gathering program from the Disney Website. Only talk to Grand Gathering CMs when you call. I called the GG number directly so you don't have to wait through the prompts, then get a cm that has to transfer you...1-407-wdw-plan. Good luck !
