Over the weekend I saw a thread that talked about magical gathering dining options. I have looked all through could someone post the link please.

Anyone ? How about this can anyone tell me about the illuminations dinner the food, and tonys good morning breakfast. Thanks!

We just did Tony's Good Morning Breakfast in November with a group of 10. It was lots of fun. Tony is very, very good, and the breakfast features Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Mickey. The characters come around to your table for photos and you take a PhotoPass picture with Mickey as you exit. Tony comes around and hands out the pins. We were able to go to Philharmagic and use our pin as a "fastpass" saying Tony sent us, but really didn't need to fastpass at the time.

Breakfast was very tasty, and we were able to get refills of waffles and stuff. There was much singing, and Tony brought the kids up to do a few dances with him.

Well worth it and lots of fun. Enjoy your trip! :wave2:

Thankf for you review, my 4 year old nephew wants to dance with the characters . So I am trying to find out if he will have a place like that.

The characters come around individually, except for Mickey, so I'm sure your nephew would be able to stand up and dance a bit with them. About 2/3 through the breakfast, Tony called all the kids up front to dance through about 3 songs with him, too. Was lots of fun!

That sounds great! Lol I kept thinking that maybe he would forget but he brought it up last night. I bet though he won't dance! Though his brother will so he might surprise me. I just want to make sure he has an opportunity!

We did Illumintaions Dinner package. We loved it!! Food was good somethings we didn't recognize however we all left full. The on stage entertainment was cute. They had minnie mouse there and I don't remember the other charaters but there must have been more. After Dinner and a photo op, we were escorted to a dessert area to watch the fire works it was a great veiw. They sectioned you off into a restricted area that you had to have the Illumintaions pin to get into. We were a group of 15, 5 Adults and 9children everyone enjoy it.:bitelip:

Sounds Great! Do you remember what kinds of food there was, like pasta or hamburgers...LOL!
And the desserts? Thanks so much for your help! I wish there was more infor on magical gatherings!

We did alot of buffet style dinners so my memory of them all is a bit jumbled. However I do recall getting buns at our table whick was reserved for us. I do remember there being rice, pork, chicken, beef all that have been flavored some how not quite remembering the details on that. potatoes Oh yes I remember there being potatoes with beef and gravy. There was a pasta tortillini I think I liked that one it was in a cream sauce. The Dessert was served when we were waiting for the fireworks out on the street in the roped off area. I avoid that part as I was full and had eaten far too much all ready. I do recall the kids having squares, fruit with chocolate sauce, and coffee, the coffee drinks said that was the best coffee they had had all week. LOL Hope that helps some.

See, we had the opposite at Tony's! We did it in November 07, and we had horrible service, no one really enjoyed the food much, and the character interaction was iffy. only the people at the very end of the table got any attention since they can't stick around too long, and even the kiddo we had at the other end, only got 1 picture.

The best part of the whole thing was the picture with Mickey at the end
