My girlfriend and I are coming down to Disney Halloween weekend. She thinks we would buy points from someone. She says it will be cheaper if we can get a good deal. My only question is do we get to use the Magical Express?

Yes, you may use ME if you are staying at DVC.

However, from what I have been hearing, you may have a difficult time finding a location. What with MNSSHP and the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot, it is a very busy time at DVC.

Also on the weekend the point cost are much higher. You may be better booking with disney for the weekend.
