DS and his GF are flying into MCO from Las Vegas with a connecting flight in Dallas. They have a VERY quick turn around in Dallas - 30 mins- does anyone know the number to contact Magical Express if they miss their connection?

Thanks..

This is the ME reservation number given on the WDW site:

407-934-7639

It wouldn't matter if he misses his connection. As soon as you come through the gates, after stepping off the trams, you will see Magical Express staff members in blue blazers, tan skirts and pants waving the big Mickey Hands. They will direct them to the Magical Express boarding area. So no fears.

Word of advise - have them pack a bag with a change of clothes and toiletries. My husband works the ramp for the airlines and he tells me that the ME bags have the special tags and they are removed off the plane and placed onto a separate container to be transported via truck to the hotels. However, sometimes they sit there for hours and hours.

But their scheduled arrival isn't until about 10pm, so if they miss thier connection it will be vey late indeed. Do the ME people work throughout the night?

According to my husband, who does the baggage of the airplane at Orlando, until the last plane lands. However, that doesn't mean your bags leave then. As I previously stated, they are separated as they come off the plane, placed in a separate containuer and then transferred to a truck where they remian until it is driven to the resorts.

Hope this helps.
