We are due to leave in a couple of weeks. Will Magical Express send us some sort of paperwork to permit us to board the bus ???

They are no longer sending documents out by mail, changed a couple of weeks ago. Could receive an email or not. All you need to do is take your magic band to the bus check in and they will scan it and send you on your way. For the trip back you still will receive paper work the day before telling you what time to meet the bus.

No confirmation or luggage tags are being sent out. If you have a MagicBand, they can scan that to retrieve your information. Otherwise, they can look it up by name.

Also, make sure you pickup your luggage at the baggage carousel, they do not send your luggage directly to your resort anymore. When we were there in the spring, the family in front of us did not know this, fortunately the CM directing guests to the proper busses asked them if they had luggage. They had to return to the carousels to pick it up.

We are arriving at MCO at 4:20 on August 19th. Have the wait times for a Magical Express bus gotten better in the past two weeks? We have an 8:00 dinner reservation in Disney Springs, so would like to check in to Wilderness Lodge first before hopping on bus to DS. I am considering using UBER if lines are very long.

No need to have your resort reservation number or any documentation, as long as you have your Magic Band. I believe that your cell phone with the MDE app on it will do, as well.
