Yes - the person renting the points (with the DVC account) updates your reservation with the flight info/people you have provided for Magical Express transportation.

Yes. My sister is renting points from my uncle. She just called ME directly to add it to her reservation. No need to involve the owner.

The DME folks are not supposed to add it to DVC reservations if they are called directly.
