My luggage was lost for about 5 or 6 hours Saturday.i had one of two bags delivered to my room. No one at the resort had a record of my second bag ever existing. Their response was to hand me southwest's 800 number. I will still use dme in the future if I stay at a resort again, but they made it clear your on your own and good luck if any luggage is lost.
