We're looking toward heading to WDW in June 2012 to stay at Ft. Wilderness. One of the people in the party may be flying down from PIT to meet us for part of the week. What does it take to get her set up with Magical Express? If she plans to go, we will have her added to our reservation at the Fort...

Make a reservation for her on Magical Express in advance, preferably at least 10 days in advance although much shorter notice is possible if your plans did not finalize that early.

To speed things up when she actually arrives, send her a copy of your room reservation papers and Magical Express booklet as soon as you can. If she does not make it, nothing lost; she can just throw them into a recycling bin.

We fly out of Pitt ever trip just have her call Disney with her flight info for Magic express. They will give her a yellow tag if she is sending her luggage through for them to deliver to the resort. My first trip with magic express a very nice man from airtran tagged everything for me. Pitt is not that big and they are very helpful she should just ask if she needs help.

If she has never flown out of Pitt when it is very busy they open a 2ND security check point to the right on the first floor before the escalator and by the bathroom there is a door leading to it . Its a bit of a longer walk but it is smaller if she would need help.
