I just returned from a wonderful stay in the world. Magical express was great!!! We had not received our yellow tags but we had our print out stating that they had received out reservation. We went to the airport check in and they processed it without any wait. We were on the bus and at our hotel in 45 minutes. When we departed it went very smoothly until we got to the airport and my daughter left her purse on the bus when trying to get a crying baby off. Well, we called the number and got a really helpful person who called the bus driver who searched the bus. They told us to go to the check in desk and lo and behold her purse magically appeared. We made our flight. I would love to thank all of the magical express people for their prompt care and attention. This one small thing could have caused a lot of headaches as her id for the flight was in the purse. Due to their prompt attention we capped off a great stay with smiles instead of frowns.
