Magical Express

I just received my package from my travel agent (I normally book directly with Disney, and last year received everything 4 weeks in advance) Although I still have just over 2 weeks until we go, our Magical Express Tags for our luggage still haven't arrived. My question is: If they do not arrive before we depart, do I have to pick up our luggage before we head to the bus? She sent some literature that said we did not, but how would they know our luggage if it doesn't have the yellow tags on them?

You just have to give them your baggage claim tickets and a description of your luggage and they can still pick up it up for you. We had a mix-up on our last trip and received only 2 tags for 5 people. We gave them the tickets and this information at the Disney Welcome (ME) Desk at the airport and received all of our luggage that afternoon at our resort - no problem.
