Magical Express with two flights...

Not sure if this has been asked before so I apologize if it has. A friend and I are planning a trip to Disney for the Food and Wine Festival in October. She lives in South Carolina and I am in NY, and we were planning on using Magical Express. Is it possible to have two incoming flights on one reservation and have our luggage from both flights transported to the room?? Anyone have experience doing this??? Thanks!

yes you can
our family is split across the country and last year we did this
if it is on one ressie th luggage tags will be sent to one adress
so you will either need to forward the tags or the other party will need to turn in there claim tickets
also it will help to forward a copy of the letter that comes if there is time
it makes checking in easier for the other party

when you check in all the kttw will be given to the one party so you will need to get caught up so you both have keys

what we did was after my folks landed i called them and told them what unit we were in so they knew where to come once they got to the resort

Ok thanks for the info, sounds simple enough. Now I remember when I used ME before, I had to provide my flight # and all that so they knew where the bags were coming from. Did you provide ME with all the flight #s of your family members flying in to Orlando?
