Magical Express when resort hopping?

This has probably been asked before, but we are thinking of staying at the Contemporary for 3 nights and then at POR for 2 nights. We want to get the ME bus. Is this easy to coordinate with Disney (drop off at contemp, and then pick up at POR 5 days later)? Would I do it through CRO? Also, would they transfer my luggage from Contemporary to POR while we're enjoying the parks?

I've done that several times and it has worked quite well. Whoever you book your reservation with should be able to do the DME part as well.
Then, when you get to MCO, to the DME checkin desk, they will confirm where you are being picked up from..if they have it incorrectly in their system, just tell them and they will fix it. No problem.
As far as having your bags transferred, Disney will do that as well. I have always had bell services pick up my bags to be moved by 8 a.m., then it takes the better part of the day to get them to the next resort. So...be sure you have anything you may need for the day, until they get your bags to POR.
