Magical Express Vouchers for Split Stay

We have a split stay for the first week of May. The first part is a package at AKL and the second is a room only at Pop. We got our magical express vouchers today but they all say AKL on them and they all have the same date as our arrival date. I don't remember how they are supposed to be but this seemed odd since we check out a different day than what is printed and we aren't at AKL at that time. We use a travel agent so I put in an email to her but I'm wondering if this is normal??? Thanks everyone!!

Those should be for your arrival which is the correct date you said. Your return booklet will come separate. I'm leaving tomorrow doing a split stay that's how mine worked.

If all you have are your vouchers for getting there, you can wait until you get there and then set up the DME trip back to the airport.

Thanks everyone!! It was really confusing because we have four people but 8 vouchers. I think that is why I questioned it. I appreciate the replies!! So excited!

They messed up one of my split stays, and had us departing WDW from the first hotel. I just stopped at the DME desk at the airport when we arrived and they entered the correct info in minutes.

Last Dec, I stayed at 5 different resorts over a period of two weeks. I got DME packets for 3 of them!!! You may get a packet for your Pop stay as well.

You should have a travel voucher for each person heading to AKL from MCO.
In that packet, you should also see, in the booklet itself towards the back, a page with departure info. It will not be used. BUT...when (if) you get another packet for Pop, it should have that departure info listed....date of departure, flight times and names of each person on the reservation.

If, for whatever reason, you don't get that second packet, you can tell the DME people at the DME checkin counter at MCO the info for departure. You could wait until you got to Pop but I would be nervous about leaving it until the day before departure.

We did a split stay last year and I got two sets of round-trip vouchers. We just threw away the ones we didn't need so we had a ride TO Resort 1 and a ride FROM Resort 2.

Hope this makes sense. You should call DME if you don't get your second set of vouchers.

I'm doing a split stay May 1st-9th at AKL and CSR. You should get two DME pkts. One will have your arrival flight info and a voucher to get onto the DME bus to your first resort. It will not have your departure info listed. The second pkt will not have your arrival flight info, but will have your departure flight info and a voucher to get onto the bus back to the airport from your second resort. If you don't get the second pkt you need to call DME directly at 866-599-0951. I've done split stays in the past where I didn't get both pkts and when I called CRO am told I don't need the second pkt as the first voucher will get me on the bus back to the airport. When I call DME I've been told that is not true and you really need both pkts with both vouchers.
