How much time should we expect it to take from the time our plane lands until we arrive at Wilderness Lodge, assuming we are taking Magical express.

How often to the ME buses leave? I assume we may need to wait for a bus once we arrive.

Would it be as long as 90 minutes from landing to arrival, or even longer?

Average time from getting off the plane to walking into the lobby (of any resort) is 70-90 minutes. If you have a late arriving flight, that could be slightly extended.

The ME busses leave when they are full or if they have been waiting for some specific period (20 minutes?) with guests on board. There isn't a real schedule.
