Magical Express Transportation - Online

I made my reservations online not knowing my flight times, etc. Now, I can't figure out how to add that info online on the "My Vacation" page on the WDW website.

Has anyone done this? I could call, but it says I can do it online.

Hi!

I did the same thing. When I booked online, the site froze a bit, and wouldn't let me add my Magical Express info, so I had to call Disney. If you checked off "I want Magical Express" but left the flight info blank, you should be able to access it through the My Vacation site. There should be a tag on your page. I contacted their web team because I couldn't find it on my page, and it was because the hiccup in the website never acknowledged my checkoff on that page.

Bottom line, you need to call Disney and have them add it for you.

If I remember correctly, you need to log in to "My Disney Vacation" and open your ressie (they refer to it as your Itinerary) that way. Once you open your saved itinerary, there should be an area that you can select to enter your flight information. I can't check it because I already entered mine - *after* I made my hotel reservation.

I though I could update my information online, but have never been able to find a "link" to do so. When I log into the vacation itinerary part of the site, it even says you can add and/or update you information. I emailed them, about 2 weeks ago, and never have heard a word from them about how to do it. I just broke down and called, and waited on hold, to get it updated. Good luck!
