We have an early morning flight back home so we are planning on staying at the airport Hyatt our last night. Will magical express take us to the airport the evening before our flight?

Yes - and yes. When you make your DME reservation (assuming your taking it both ways) just use your incoming flight for the inbound leg. For the outbound either pick a flight, any flight, that leaves about 2 hours after you want to arrive at the airport or if your talking with DME directly (instead of central reservations) just tell them what time you want to depart without a flight. The DME reps are better at taking reservations without a flight than the general wdw reps.
