Has anyone really heard how this is going now? I read where there were problems to start, but I was wondering how it was going now. We are scheduled to leave on 5/21 and still haven't received any tags. I guess I should probably call today. Thanks.

If I didn't get my tags before I left, I'd pull my bags and carry them to ME myself.

We're leaving on May 19th and my DIL received the luggage tags on Wednesday (5/11). They were Fed Ex'd to her.
