Magical Express reservations

I just made my ME reservation, or at least I think I did. The woman taking the reservation was rude, and apparently didn't read too well either since she couldn't even read my resort res. info well. She repeated it back to me, but considering that she read AS Movies as AS Music, and she thought May was March, I'm a bit concerned.

How long does it usually take to get your packet? If I don't get it, I guess I'll just call back. This is the first time I've had any issues at all with their phone people.

Did you call DME directly? If so, I would call them back in a few days and just ask if you are in the system. If they ask why, I would explain that the rep you talked to originally seemed to be confused as to the right dates. That way you can rest assured that they have the right info in there. There's no excuse for rudeness...ever. Yes, everyone has a bad day once and awhile but if you're dealing with the public then you put on your happy face and do your job.
