Magical Express Reservations lost?

Anyone else have this problem?

I put in our reservations right after booking our flight. Yesterday, I got nervous being two weeks from departure, and still not receiving any tags, so I called in. No reservation on file! Hoping my stuff comes in time (I know there’s other options if it doesn’t come in time).

The rest of my family is traveling separately (11 total), so I recommended they call in too. 4 of them made reservations via a travel agent. Also, no reservations!

Kinda hoping this isn’t a widespread issue.
 
Did they specifically mention Magical Express to the Disney reservationist? Did they get any written confirmation (even without yellow bag tags) regarding DME? Did they see DME on a My Disney Experience or other web page on the screen?

If they still can't verify their DME reservation they should call 1-866-599-0951.

I suggest doing a print screen* of each reservation you make online. Also, it is a good idea to ask for and write down the name and city of each person you talk to on the phone whenever you order, reserve, or purchase anything.

I am almost absolutely sure that the welcoming area CMs will not deny you a ride if all you had to show was an envelope on which your wrote the name of the person you made your DME reservation with and you are not trying to have more guests travel to WDW than the room(s) you booked will accommodate.

* Requires doing more than pressing the PrtScn button although snapping the screen with your smart phone or digital camera and printing the result is a suitable alternative,

Great suggestion! Next time, I’m on it. I know I had a confirmation screen, but didn’t print or write confirmation numbers.
 
Last fall I get a message from a friend of mine asking when he should call DME to make his reservation as he was 10 day out from leaving!!! Mind you this is about his 4th time going so it's not like he is a rookie at this. Luckily he got the luggage tags in time, hopefully you will too as you have more time to get them.
 

I called to give flight info after changing our reservation. I mentioned we needed extra luggage tags. They said they would send them right out. I got he extra tags days later and the next day the ME letter with the one tag per person that they usually send. It was fast! Our trip wasn’t for a few months at the time. I bet they arrive for you
