We are arriving in Tampa, Fl to stay with family and then going on to WDW for our own family vacation. We are staying at PC resort and was wondering if we can use Magical Express to get to the Orlando airport where we will be flying out of. Didn't know if they do one way on departure.

Yes, Magical Express can be used for one-way (arriving or departing) transportation and luggage transfers.
