Magical Express Question

I called and added Magical Express to my reservation once I purchased airline tickets two weeks ago. However, I am not seeing the reservation in My Disney Experience. Should it be showing up on there? If so, can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

No it does not show up in the MDE for some reason.

You can always call back to check on it. I usually do. Eventually you will get the ME packet sent to you closer to trip time

The one thing I've noticed that helps me see I have DME arranged is that the "arrival time" area in online checkin can't be filled in.

Because it's managed by Mears, not Disney.

While I don't know why it doesn't show up on MDE. I do know they sent me an email about 3 days after I made the reservation confirming it, so I would be on the lookout for that. Hope that helps

Because it's managed by Mears, not Disney.

It really should not matter who manages it to get it listed on a reservation. Disney offers it to their customers and takes the reservation to begin with. No reason why they can't list it on your reservation. Even if they don't list particulars such as flight numbers arrival time at least they could list it as "DME Reserved" or something similar.

Well if you pay for a tour, it doesn't show up in MDE and you don't get a confirmation email. So that's another thing that should show in MDE, in my opinion.

I completely agree! Like you said, it is something Disney offers...so even if it is just a simple box that is checked for DME Reservations would be nice!
