Magical Express Question

My sister and I are going on vacation next month and will have two separate rooms. Right now her ressie check out date is on a Monday, but she can get a cheaper flight on Tuesday. I am staying until Friday. We were thinking about having her stay in my room Monday night as she would be flying out early Tues morning. Would she still be able to use DME? I wasn't sure since her resort reservation would technically end the day before. If we could, it would save $$ for having to book an extra night for her.

Sorry, I know you don't want to hear this ... but she isn't entitled to a DME ride back to the airport after her check-out date.

HOWEVER ...

Are you staying in your room totally alone? Or rather, are you the only adult staying in your room, and do you have 2 or fewer kids with you? Because if so, then you can very legitimately add her to your own room reservation (at no cost!) for Monday night, and if you do that she'll be 100% entitled to a DME ride back to the airport on Tuesday, because she'll be checking-out of a Disney resort on Tuesday. Catch what I mean? This isn't "getting away with anything," it's completely within Disney's rules.

Thanks! That is what I will do. We will likely be at MK until 2 AM that night and won't be back to the room until about 3 AM. Her flight would leave at 9:30 AM. I just thought it was silly to book her a room for a few hours of sleep.
