The couple that is coming with us in November doesn't live near us, so they wouldn't be on the same flight as us. Will we both be able to use Magic express even though the reservation is under my name?

As long as they are listed on the reservation as additonal guests. You can call MS, explain the situation and provide their flight info, and it will actually send their set of ME tags to them at their address when it sends that stuff out about a month before you leave.

Minor correction. The voucher and tags will be sent to the lead name on the room reservation. You will need to forward the info to your friend.

there is no probelm doing this
we have done it several times
and yes they go to who ever is the primary on the resi
so you will have to send them there luggage tags and also a copy of the me "ticket"
then they go to check in at me just like every one else

We have a similar situation as half the party in our 2 bedroom will be flying from LAX and we'll be flying from Sacramento on different flights.

The luggage tags - do they need the physical ones or could I email them a scanned one and they print that and attach it to their bags?

Physical ones are bright yellow and made of vinyl so they don't tear.

Just take their page from the book and the tags, put them in a #10 envelope and send USPS.

Thanks. Didn't know if it was just a barcode/tag they could slide into their current permanent tags. Guess it gives me an excuse to go to the post office more than once a year!:thumbsup2
