Is there any penalty if you cancel Magical express or just don't take it? How little notice can you give to either book or cancel a magical express reservation?

There is no penalty for cancelling or changing your ME reservations.

If you fail to show up for your DME reservation you will be penalized 100% of the fee for the service as a penalty.
