Magical Express Question

I am meeting my brother in WDW in a few weeks

We are coming from different parts of the country and will be arriving at MCO at different times. I am arriving a few hours ahead of him and the plan was for me to head to the resort via Magical Express and get us all checked in, then he would also take Magical Express and meet me at the resort.

We received our Magical Express documentation today... I am going to send him his luggage tags... but there is only set of the vouchers that they check when you check in at Magical Express...

Has anyone been in this situation before? What should I do?

I am not sure maybe someone else does, but I would simply call Disney and explain the situation and ask them how to deal with it.

when you check in just let them know it is just you and that your brother is arriving on flight xyz at abc time. Then he just goes and checks in w/o a voucher and they put him on the right bus.

1. Make a copy of the materials in the DME package to send to your brother.

2. If there are not enough vouchers, additional ones will be made up after you get there.

3. Its your choice whether to wait for him at the DME welcoming area or to take the bus immediately and have him check himself in when he arrives.

4. If you haven't decided on #3 until after you get there, you can modify your brother's arrival time information with DME as late as then.
