Magical Express question

Hi,

I have ME booked for our December trip. I was looking at my reservation online and noticed that the our flight times are not listed. Is it important for the dept and arr. times to be on there? I know I gave them to the CM on the phone when I booked. I just want to make sure the my luggage makes it. Does anyone know?

Not important. As long as Magical Express knows what day to expect you, you'll be fine. Feel free to call them (toll free number in one of the Magical Express stickies) and give them your flight information.

When you check in, they'll ask you for your return flight information. That IS important, so they can schedule you for the right pickup time.

It's not really that important when you are coming in to Orlando and as long as you have your DME luggage tags on your bags they will make it to your resort OK (provided the airline gets them to Orlando, that is). On the way home they will need to have the correct flight time so that they can schedule your return bus, however. You'll have an opportunity to provide that again when you check in at the DME welcome desk at MCO.

It's possible that the information only shows online if you entered it online, but not if the CM enters it into their system. Check your DME package when you get it, since the times should show up on there.

As long as ME has your flight numbers they will keep track of when it lands.
