Magical Express Question

Hi there!

We are planning a trip with my parents next year. Right now it looks like we could fly in on Southwest from SLC and get it at 2:30 ish and my parents could fly United or American from ORD and get in around 2:30 ish the same day as well. Would we be able to meet somehow and take the Magical Express bus together?

That won't be a problem. Just wait for them to come through security and then you could all go to the DME counter together.

Just have a plan B in case one of the flights is delayed. Look at the screen when you land to find out the expected arrival time of the other flight. Decide in advance how long you'll wait, meeting at the resort might be easier if one of the flights is delayed.
