Magical Express query?

Hi guys and gals
Just getting ready to book this years September trip and a question possibly with Disney's magical express is in my mind. Usually we do 10 days disney and taxi down to Universal and stay on site 3 days then taxi to airport.

This year we're doing all 13 nights in Disney so can use the Express both ways (ASMovies). Issue is the flight back this year is late out giving us until 4pm or so in the parks , which is great. We want the room available to us so we can shower and finish packing so are booking the night and not using it. Will that cause an issue with the Magical Express people? , they will show us staying the last night when we're not?

Possibly something easily sorted out by phone or on the day in the resort?

don't want to pay a night only to find the bus won't work

I think i'm overly worried about this but at the booking stage so many things to get right!

fill in the first page
enter your US reservation number (the one that shows on MDX next to your reservation, not the UK number if you booked through disney uk)
at the bottom choose "no" to "Have you previously provided Disney's Magical Express with flight information for this trip?"


on the next page, tick the box on the right, pertaining to the trip back to MCO
"I would like Disney's Magical Express service for my Departure from the Orlando International Airport."

enter your real departure date, not your check out date. as well as flight number

you're booked for that date

at the hotel, go to bell services and have them check they have the right information for your departure. You should get an enveloppe attrached to your door on the morning of departure. If you don't, inquire at bell services.
