Magical Express problem...

Has anyone had one member of the group flying in from another city, on a different day than the rest?

Our niece is joining us a day after we arrive at POR. We fly in from Syracuse, New York while she flies in from Michigan.

Will Magical Express mail her bus pass and luggage tag to her home address, or will it be sent to my address with the rest of the group's passes and tags?

If the package is sent to me, all in one voucher booklet, my niece will have no paperwork to show them at the airport. I know she can go to the Magical Express check-in desk at MCO, but I would rather she had her own paperwork when she arrives there.

Anyone run into a situation like this?

It will all be sent to you but you can mail her her voucher and Luggage Tag. Otherwise she will have to stop at the DME desk - only a 5 minute stop to get her voucher and give them her luggage claim tickets if she wants the luggage delivery service. (Or she can just claim her luggage prior to heading to DME and it will be loaded on the bus with her).

Either way it is not an issue - she can use the DME bus and luggage delivery service as long as she is listed on the reservation.

eta - Yes I have actuallyl done this! My dh and my sister have both arrived after the rest of the party and used ME without issue as well has having left early using DME. You do need a prior reservation and you do need to be listed on the reservation however.
