How much of a lead time is ME now quoting regarding picking you up at the resort to get to a flight. At one point I heard 4 hours and I'm trying to decide if I should catch a 2 or 4 oclock plane out, Don't want to kill my morning on the last day by rushing to pack only to sit in MCO for two hours.

Three hours for transfers from hotel to airport, but I'm sure there's a "reserve the right to change" clause in there somewhere.

the paper they leave under your door the day before will say 3 hrs with a time on it.
example: if your flight is at 2 PM then it should say pick-up at 11 am and it tells you that you need to be at the DME pick-up zone 15 min before that. So you need to be there by 10:45 AM for your pick-up.

If you miss your bus and the next bus is full they will not let you on.

I took ME from BWV on Saturday. My flight was at 7:05 pm and they gave me a time of 4:20pm.

I was waiting a little early and the 4pm bus took me instead.

The bus was very nice with plush chairs and footrests but they really dont need all the commercials showing. I guess that's why its free, I ended up buying a pair of Crocs at the airport since I had an hour to kill.

Just returned yesterday. For a 7 am flight, ME gave me a 4:15 bus time (from CS). It seemed pretty early for the flight, but I have to admit that it beat returning a rental car at a time when I am normally fast asleep.
