Magical Express Pick-up Time

How far in advance are the magical express buses picking you up for your return trip to MCO these days?

It appears to still be 3 hours. My daughter just took it today, and the pickup was 5:30 for an 8:40 flight. She’s taking Southwest and the lines are outrageous to check your luggage.
