Magical Express on Different Date?

The flight I've taken for the last 10 has been changed. It's later now and double the price, but I already booked my Disney package and can't alter it. If I was to arrive the night before my Disney arrival date, would I be able to use the Magical Express the next morning? It's cheaper for me to stay in the Hyatt airport hotel than to fly in the next morning? So in summary, if I arrive at MCO at 9:30pm can I used the DME to get to my resort the next morning at around 10:00am?

I am following as I have the same issue for January. I have the Hyatt card so figured I would use my free night here the night before.

Yes, you can still use the Magical Express the next morning. Just keep your luggage with you instead of using the yellow luggage tags and you'll be fine. :)

Shouldn't be a problem. Show your WDw reservation at the DME desk and they will give you what you need to get on the bus.

Thanks! Should I call Disney and explain it to them before hand?
As for my luggage I only have one bag which I always get anyway..

I would not call Disney ahead of time. I would simply include Magical Express as part of your package, don't provide your flight information ( it isn't required and I have forgotten to call and give it to them more than once with no issues), and then show up at the Magical Express counter with your documents that morning. They don't know whether you have just come in on a flight that morning or spent the night there the night before. My inlaws did this due to flight prices and had absolutely no issues. They got in the day before their package started, stayed at the Airport Hyatt, and took their package papers and luggage and hopped on Magical Express the next morning. As someone else said, you will have to pick up your luggage when you come in and take it to the Hyatt with you, which as you said above isn't a problem for you.

I have a different issue, I want to stay at the Hyatt the night before my return flight (which is at 6 AM so I'd rather do that than get picked up at 3 AM by DME). I found a late departing flight to give them the number for but what if I'd really like to be picked up later than that would allow? The flight number would get me a pickup at 9 PM and I'd rather have 10 PM or even 11. I hear they can't do a return without a flight number and won't allow later pickups. I can ask DME but there must be somebody on the boards who did this.

If you need to talk to DME then call them directly, don't bother going through Disney reservation services.

It's my understanding that as a Disney resort guest, you're entitled to one ride from the airport and one ride to the airport. When and how you use these entitlements during your trip is entirely up to you.

For the issue of the return leg PP references, I'm guessing DME just needs to approximate a pick up time for you which is why they require your flight info. I would call DME and explain the situation.
