Magical Express not showing is reservations

I booked my package online about 3 weeks ago and was never asked for my flight information. I've looked under "My Reservations" in "My Disney Experience" and there is no place to add it. We leave on January 30...is it just too soon? Is this something to be added later? I was pretty sure I added this early on past trips. Thanks!!

I am currently in WDW, and have two addtl trips planned before the end of the year. I have never seen DME noted on anything. You should get your DME packet about 4-6 weeks prior to your departure date. If you want to be sure you have a DME reservation, just give Disney a call and ask. Give them your flight info then.

The old reservation system used to show flight info. The MDE website is very limited with what information is shown. I'm pretty sure MDE has never listed flight info or has any area to add it.

I had to call and get my flight info added after I made my reservations online. As goofy4tink mentioned, you may want to call to make sure the flight info has been added.

I know after I added my flight info via the phone, I checked under 'view details' for my resort reservation on the MDE website. It then did list Airport Transportation: Magical Express Service. But, there is still no area where MDE lists my flight info.

You can add your flight information here, that's what I did for my trip in 3 weeks. I received my package weeks ago. disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/reservations/dme/

You need to explicitly, specifically, or proactively make your Magical Express reservation. Just booking a room or a package does not do so automatically. If the order form did not have fill-in blanks specifically for DME, the DME hot line number is, toll free, 866-599-0951.

When ordering, booking, or reserving anything over the phone at any time, ask for and write down the name and city of the person(s) you talk to along with the date and time.

Now if you did magically receive a DME packet with the correct dates on the enclosed materials, then you can skip the phone call.
