We are using ME for the first time for our trip in December. When we decided to fly this time instead of driving, I called disney to sign up for ME. They asked for our flight #'s from Airtran, and when I look at my ressie, I see the flight #'s listed, but the times aren't on there. It just says arriving at 12:00 AM and departing at 12:00 AM. We are arriving on 12/5 at 11:15 AM, and departing on 12/12 at 2:55 PM. Do I need to call Disney again to add this info,or are the flight #'s all they need? Thanks in advance. Any other info that I may need to know about ME is also appreciated.
 
My arrival time is showing as 1:40 am instead of 1:40 pm. The people here told me that was fine, they go by the flight number. My departure is showing correctly. But I would maybe call anyway, since your departure time doesn't show, because they schedule your pickup 3 hours before your departure.
 
We used ME for our trip in September and the flight times were listed as 12AM arrival as well and had no problems. The correct flight numbers are what is important.

You'll be fine with the listed info. DME doesn't really have to know the exact info...just a ballpark figure so they can figure how many buses need to be running. But.....be sure they have the correct info for your departure. I like to make sure they have it correct in their system when I check in upon arrival. This is what they are going to base your DME pickup time for your return to MCO at the end of your stay..you want it to be accurate.
