Be prepared to wait if arriving today. Only 2 people checking in guests

Yes. Process is simple. Go get your luggage from baggage claim (if you have any), go to the DME area, they'll load your bags under the bus, and off you go.

Geeze - I've taken the ME more times than I can count, and I've never seen it as busy as you described. If I saw lines like that, I'd be turning around and grabbing an Uber. 2+ hours of vacation time is worth a lot of $!
