Magical Express - How long?

We're having a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding in Feb and a bunch of our guests will be using the Magical Express from the airport. Although this will be our 11th trip we have never used the Magical Express as we always hire a car so I have a couple of questions.

We want to be available to meet our guests when they arrive at their resorts. We have their flight numbers and arrival time but we how long does it take from arrival at Magical Express Check In at the airport before the next bus departs?

Is there anyway of finding out how many stops the bus will make before it arrives at a particular resort?

I have never waited more then 15-20 minutes for the bus to depart from the airport from the time of check in at the Magical Express desk. It will depend on the resorts the guests are staying at, I don't the bus will do anymore than 2 or 3 stops. It is usually listed on the appropriate line up at the airport which resorts the bus will be stopping at. I think the average bus ride is usually about 40 minutes to an hour.. Hope that helps. There is no set order to what resorts the buses go to, or to which order they drop off. In my experiences, it has been around 90 minutes from getting in the DME queue to getting to the resort. Sometimes it is faster, sometimes it is longer.

Why not have your guests call you when they leave the airport? It should be about 40 minutes after that, depending on where they fall in the drop off order.

There are many variables here....time of day, day of week, resort heading to. My average time, from gate to resort, is running at about 80 mins...I have had times as short as 60 mins but others that are closer to 90. Most run about 70ish.
