Magical Express..how do you use...

...this service? My SIL is coming down for a few days and would like to use this service, since she'll be staying in my room. What will she need to use it? She won't have a room card until arriving at the resort. Any info. appreciated!! We leave 2 weeks from today!!

As long as your sister is a registered guest she will be able to use ME. Just call Disney (1-800-828-0228) and resquest the Magic Express service. You will have toprovide your sister's airline flight and arrival time to the CM in order to make the booking. She should get here information re ME about two weeks prior to the trip.
