I'm staying at ASMu in June. I wanted to stay at SoG but they booked so I ended up with an overflow rate. Does the Magical Express come with that too?

Yes. It took them weeks to figure this out for me, but now SOG has a form that they can fax to you, you put in all your info (flights, ressie#, etc) on it, and fax it to Mag Express. Call SOG and they will fax you the form.

In fact that's why I was on this board. My other question is if we are flying Indepence air out of Dulles (not on their list of airlines), how does that work? I know we can take the ME to CBR but what happens with our luggage? We are flying to MCO without the men. 2 Women (one who is 7 months preggo) and 4 kids....and the men are flying in that night to meet us. Thanks for your help!

Flying in there won't be a problem with your luggage. It is the return trip where you will have to take your luggage on the bus with you.

Flying in you will have to arrange to have ME and they will send you luggage tags. They will gather up your luggage and take it to your resort for you.

For the flight inbound to MCO, Disney's Magical Express (DME) works the same for everyone regardless what airline you're on. The only airline difference is for the return trip. When you return to the airport after your stay is over, if your airline is not one of the official DME airlines then you handle your luggage yourself on your free bus ride back to MCO.

So to review, when you and the kids fly to MCO, after you check the luggage at Dulles the next time you see it will be at CBR. Same for "the men" -- they'll check their luggage before their flight out of Dulles, and the next time they'll see it is at CBR.

So many people have been confused by the list of participating airlines. The only thing the airlines have to "participate" in is stuff regarding the RETURN trip (luggage handling, flight check-in at your resort, etc.). EVERYONE, EVERYONE, EVERYONE who is flying into MCO (on May 5 or later) AND is staying at a WDW resort is eligible to use DME.
