Question. Person is flying in about 10:00PM. Unfortunately, hotel reservation doesn't start until the next day. Can they still take the Magical Express bus? They are thinking of taking it to the hotel, and then doing an Uber to an offsite location to meet up with friends.

If they hang around the airport until after midnight, yes. Might as well just Uber from airport to meet up with friends.
