Magical Express Experience

DH and DD flew down today and had a great and FAST experience with Magical Express. He said from plane touchdown to bus backing up was about 40 min. DH reported very friendly staff - they were sweet to DD (5). Checked in at Pop Century at 8:15pm. Bags arrived at 10:40pm. Two thumbs up from my frequently flyer hubby - who hates to wait for anything.

Thanks for posting that. I've been nervous ever since I read all the bad reports and delays. Hopefully they are getting it together.

The tags did arrive ahead of time...they actually Fed Exed them because for some reason ME was not linked to their reservation and when DH called to check it was too late for regular mail. There is a lanyard and pin coupon in there as well!
