Hi All! I'm one of the many sweating out this ME stuff!!! Moderators, if possible PLEASE leave this thread here and don't move it over to Transportation! I'm noticing the readers on that board don't number many at all and lots of people are in this boat...

Anyway, just called ME for the third time to make sure they had my flight info for the 25th....this time they did - yay! - but the other two times they had lost it. They even seem to think I'll actually get my luggage tags and everything - woo-hoo!

So, if you're planning on using ME soon, please call and make sure they have your info - it's taken many of us several tries...and use the ME number, not CRO... Disney never gave me this number, only the DIS! 866-599-0951.

Ditto that...I've had to call ME (not CRO) four times this week, on top of my AAA TA calling twice herself. The first time I called, they had us on the wrong incoming flight. The second time, they had us on NO incoming flight (it was blank in their system). The third time, they had us scheduled to ARRIVE on May 20th and DEPART on May 14th. Umm...right...the ME cast member burst out laughing when she saw that (although MY sense of humor is waning!!). Then FINALLY I called this morning and everything was right. We leave Saturday, and we got our ME tags on Tuesday. My DH & I are starting to think that claiming our own bags at the airport is not such a horrible option...

It took me 4 attempts, but I finally am now in the ME computers with correct flight info. I agree - keep checking.

(Hmmm - maybe I should call once again to make sure the flight info didn't 'fall' out...)
