I've got my package set up for June and we've registered to use the Magical Express. We're very excited and I think it's a wonderful onsite perk!!!

I think I understand the process for check-in, etc...

My question is this.... on our checkout day, our flight leaves-- I think it's around 6:30 p.m..... (Delta.) I think I saw that the check-in desk for participating airlines to get boarding pass, check luggage, etc. closes at 1 p.m. (?)

So.... is it possible to take care of all of this in the morning BEFORE heading to a park, (boarding pass and luggage check) store carry-ons at the resort luggage room, and then head for a park until early afternoon?

If not... what are my alternatives on that day? Make sense?

From what I've read, YES, you can use Resort Airline Check-In hours in advance of when you'd actually NEED to do it, then enjoy your time at a park, etc. Exactly as you said, Bell Services can hold onto your carry-ons for you.

We didn't fly a participating airline, so we couldn't use Resort Airline Check-In, but we did have Bell Services store all of our luggage and carry-ons so we could go out and play before returning for our 4:00 p.m. DME pick up for our 6:45 p.m. flight.

For participating airlines you would check your baggage as soon as you check out of the room. Since room check out is well before 1 PM, the airline check stand's closing at 1 PM should never be a problem.

There are no participating airlines prior to 5 AM when the airline check stand opens. Everyone who must board ME before then must take all baggage to the bus.

Don't forget to get your reserved bus time and have vouchers validated a day before check out if not sooner. And be punctual, 15 minutes before bus departure. For peace of mind I suggest pacing yourself expecting to spend your last hour at the resort.
