Magical Express carseat?

What kind of buses do they use for Magical Express? Are there seat belts? Should I bring a car seat for my toddler? Or is it more like a bus with no means to strap it in?

No car seats on DME buses, which are plush motor coaches.

Also, no car seats on Disney Transport buses (the way you get from resort to park and back), either; Disney Transport buses are like city transit buses, except that they're clean and all of the interior advertising is for Disney.

Neither type of bus has seat belts.
