Magical Express Arriving Question

Do you have to get to the ME counter when you arrive at the airport or could you arrive at the ME desk about an hour after your flight arrives?

Me and my DFi will be flying from CAK to MCO and we are scheduled to arrive at 9:30 AM. My mother and my DFi's mother are flying from BUF to MCO and are scheduled to arrive at 10:15 AM.

We would like to meet them at their gate and then all go to the ME desk together.

Is this possible?

Sure. When you give DME your flight information make your "flight" the later one also. DME won't know the difference if you give them the later arriving flight information.

Just show up at the check in desk when you get ready (actually I would not give them the later flight info as yours....for the simple reason that if the airline loses your luggage and you have given ME the wrong info....good luck ever tracking your bags!! They will be looking on the wrong flight, etc...it will make you pull your hair out trying to get it all straight... probably won't happen, but you never know)

If it was a 6 hour time diff you might really confuse them, but a 1 hour time diff won't matter....for all they know you just stopped to eat lunch on the way out of the airport or something (make a couple of phone calls, whatever)
