Magical Express - Are we booked or not???

Hi - I used the following link to book our magical express reservation.

The next day I got an email from ME stating that the website that I used to book the reservation was for travel agents only and since we have a DVC (rented points) reservation we need to go through member services (and then I forgot and never contacted the member that I rented points from).

I put it out of my mind until a few days ago when low and behold, I get a big envelope from ME with our vouchers and luggage tags. The info is all correct and exactly what I entered on their website.

So my question is, do you think the vouchers and reservations are valid? Is this something I should worry about? Worth calling ME only to be told to contact DVC member services (which as a renter I can not do)?

I have used www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA many times, with both normal reservations and DVC. It has worked every time. It's almost the same site that you used but a little different. It's the site specifically cited on sites like hotels.com, expedia.com, etc, for customer use.

I wonder if you clicked the button saying you were a TA by mistake and that's what caused the weird reply?

I would say you're booked, personally. Have you been able to link your reservation in your disneyworld.com account? If you can do that you might be able to see if ME has been reserved.

If you have the Magical Express vouchers or baggage tags in hand then you are reserved and good to go. (Photocopy all of the tags before using them if you have nothing else so you have something per person to show the welcoming area CM.)

If you have nothing at all, not even the name and city of the person you spoke to on the Magical Express hotline scrawled on an envelope, then for good measure call the DME hotline (toll free 866-599-0951) and go through the motions of making a DME reservation, getting the name and city of the person you speak to.

Ok, I am pretty sure we are booked. I do have our stuff linked on My Disney Experience and under our hotel reservations it now lists airport transportation as magical express.
