Magical Express and not flying into OIA

I will be going on a cruise (unfortunately not Disney) prior to my planned days at Disney. I was planning on doing an excursion to NASA on the last day of my cruise and then taking the cruise provided transportation to OIA. I had then hoped to use the free Magical Express service to get my Disney Hotel. The problem is I won't have a flight number to give Disney to schedule my ME transportation, but I will likely know an approximate time for when I would arrive at the airport. This seemed to be the most economical way for me to get to Disney. Is this possible? Thoughts? Thanks!

I am going to assume that OIA is MCO in that case pick an airline any airline and find a flight number that arrives in MCO that day and give that to Disney to book the reservation. They don't track incomming flights and they don't preassigne busses they put you on a bus when you check in. IF using Magical Express to leave you need to have the correct flight number to schedule your return trip.

People do refer to Orlando International Airport by its initials OIA, but do be aware that there is an Int'l Air Transport Assn. code OIA which is for Ourilandia Airport in Ourilandia, Brazil.
