Magical express and international guests

We will be flying in from Las Vegas, but because we are from Australia, won't have the luggage tags. When I initially booked my WDW trip, I didn't have my flight details confirmed, so haven't advised them of our arrival time. Do I need to do this or can I just rock up to the Magical Express counter at the airport? On my reservation, it says Magical Express, but time unknown. Should I email WDW?

It is best to call DME directly (not sure of you are able to do that from Aust.) but you could wait till you get to Vegas. You do have to have a reservation in order to use the bus service, so you will need to sign up for it. Regarding the bags, just keep the airline tags that they give you with the number son them and you will be able to give them to the Magical Express counter and have them claim your bags for delivery for you (if you wish) you don't have to have the tags.

There was a way to do it online (make a reservation) but for some reason I can't find the link to it. Sorry!
