Magical express and dining plan w/ point rental?

Sorry if these are dumb questions.
If you rent points (not ourselves DVC members) can you use the magical express from the airport for free to get to your room?
Can you get the dining plan? Nevermind I found the answer that you can.

I'm just trying to figure out the amount I would pay to get a room through a travel agent, versus renting points so I can budget accordingly.

Is there anything else I need to be aware of that is different if you are staying in DVC rather than a regular resort room? (ie not having daily maid service...what else?)

If you are planning on renting in May, your choices may be limited at this late date.

To answer your questions:

1. You can use magical express
2. The member can request the dining plan for you. You do not need to add tickets.

Limited housekeeping, you can add full housekeeping or trash & towel services for a fee. I think that's the only difference.
